Lacking EVERYTHING about the character’s design. They hadn’t thought about telling me even what race they were, what colours, what style, what built, anything. I could only read they were male.

I had no contact info about the customer, I had received their other through a third party I worked through at the time.So I couldn’t look them up and see if I could find anything about their OC.

I had to write a survey and send it to them through my contact, to get basic details, and that was barely filled out. They wanted me to draw an OC they insisted having a mental image of, they had to look a specific way. But they seemingly failed to realize that I couldn’t read minds…

Don’t be that customer.
