The value of the minimum wage is LOWER than it was in the 1960’s.

cost of living goes up…. while wages literally go down.

Remember this next time someone tries to say those pushing for a higher minimum wage are “whiny” or “entitled”.

If you argue against raising the minimum wage, you are literally arguing that some workers do not deserve to live out of poverty, despite having jobs.

No other way around it.

And if that’s your argument, don’t you ever dare say a word about people needing to work harder.

Given that this graphic is from the Department of Labor, you can’t even say the US government is unaware of the issue.

And guess what happened in the early 1980′s?  

Ronald Reagan was elected President.

I don’t care if you think Hillary Clinton is the anti-Christ.  If you want this country and its people to thrive, VOTE DEMOCRATIC THIS NOVEMBER.
