Something just clicked for me.
This guy is a Fire-type expert, but uses Marowak, the semi-useless Ground type who swings a big bone club.
We already know that Alola variations of older-gen Pokemon exist with new types.
And this guy is a traditional dancer in a Polynesia-esque region.
This can only mean one thing:
FIRE POI MAROWAK.
This is everything I ever wanted in life.
Could Thick Club finally be useful for something?
