Depends on the music. Metal/hard rock, you get crushed by a bunch of people, also there’s a mosh pit. Soft music, you mind of just stand there. EDM, you “dance”. I saw Justice some years back and I was so uncomfortable, I’ll take being crushed over that any day.

there should be chairs.
i prefer sitting down and listening.
then orchestral concerts are what yo’re looking for.
