Look, I’m just saying if Aquaman can control Alligators because they’re aquatic reptiles, he can sure as hell control a Cthulhu possessed Lapis.
But cthulu isn’t an aquatic reptile. He’s an alien from vhoorl, spawned from a being that is time and space. he isn’t a fish or an aquatic reptile.
