Some customers stretch the definition of being rude and lazy.
Customer wants 30 bags of pellets. But they don’t want to actually load them into their cart. Instead, we need to get a loader, who was on lunch, to load all 30 bags for him.
Guy doesn’t lift a finger, instead complains about how lazy people are and watches. Pellets aren’t even heavy!
I know it’s customer service, but all he’s done is yell at people to help him, cut to the front of long lines of customers looking to pay, and complain about how we aren’t accomedating him.
