Dear customer telling me your life story as I try to figure out what EXACTLY your question is,
I’m sorry you’re going to be frustrated when I address the customer behind you to ask what they need and the customer behind THEM when they also need help. Asking where my co-workers went doesn’t really help. You’ve been talking to me for 20 minutes about nothing, I still don’t know what you need from me, and it’s an hour to close. We have other things to do than listen to you. Things that have to be done if we wanna go home.
