Can I have your attention for a sec.

I gotta seize my follower count on here for a bit.
When you read what this is about you’re probably gonna roll your eyes because it’s literally everywhere right now but please hear me out because this post actually might be the most important thing I’ll ever get to post on this blog.

This is about the US election and you guys: Trump is on his way to win. If only by a few votes. Every vote counts. Yaddayadda, you’ve probably heard it all.
Thing is, I’m not even American. I couldn’t care less about that far away continent. Yet I’m trying to mobilise people to vote.

So, why would I care? Why should YOU care?
Let me tell you.
It hurts being a bystander so bad. As a German, I was raised with the cultural responsibility to not make fascism happen ever again. Yet, it is currently on its way to win the US election. And the most frustrating thing is: I can’t even change the election for the better. Worldwide polls suggest a 60 to sometimes even 90% outcome in favour of Hillary, in countries such as Italy, Japan, or Germany if those countries got to vote instead of the US.

But why Hillary? She kinda sucks, you’d say. And yeah, she isn’t super great, definitely.
But thing is, it doesn’t even matter.
America gets to vote between the literal black death and a strong flu next week. And yet, the black death is leading in the polls.

Every vote that is not for Hillary is a vote for Trump. Please realise this. Be it because you don’t vote at all or because you vote third party. It only splits the votes for the Democrats, making Trump have far more votes than Hillary in the end. Split votes made Bush become president. Don’t let a president like this happen again.

It is a really sad thing to say but if you don’t like Hillary, please still vote for her. Because a vote for Hillary equals a vote against Trump. It’s this simple. It is necessary in this situation. It is a matter of national and international security. It is a priority. This is not arguable. This is a time to stop fascism on its sprint to the White House.

You gotta swallow the bitter pill of a Clinton presidency. But it is better than the cyanide pill that a Trump presidency would mean.
Not only for America- and this is why you see non-American people freaking out about the election as much as Americans- but also for the world.
And the world is is scared. Trump would even be disqualified from rallying by my country’s law and in many other regions of the world. Let that sink in.

Voting for Hillary is not a choice anymore, it has become a necessity.

So please vote. And let your vote be a vote against Trump. Vote against fascism. Vote for Hillary.

Mobilise your friends, family, and everyone you know to do the same. For a future without fascism. A future without Trump.

Please take this advice from somebody who should take the role of a neutral bystander but can’t take it anymore. I can’t just sit here and watch fascism win over a powerful country. This is wrong.

This is gonna be the last time I’ll be talking about this on here so please take it to the heart okay.
