Yall were making progress. I follow the American news, I saw you legalising gay marriage, fighting for trans rights, women’s rights, getting universal health care. I remember thinking yall were making real progress. None of that would have happened without Obama doing what he did. And now that forward momentum is about to hit a big orange wall. Damn shame. That’s about the long and short of it.
