No, I mean it, go die in a pit of cobras you worthless filth. Unfollow me.
If you voted 3rd party you’re not any better than a Trump supporter, because you’re so dense of motherfuckers that you don’t realize how the electoral college works, or really has nothing to lose. You are as much at fault as they are. All of you too, fuck off and unfollow me.
Oh look, junk mail notification Emails on my post. Righto, you brought this salt onto yourselves. I’m even salty enough to format this on mobile, no need to thank me.

Actually if you did vote for Gary Johnson, you took away votes for Trump. So blaming a person who voted for a third party like that is a bit harsh. Whatever happened to accepting other people’s ideas and beliefs?
No, most of Trump’s voter base was already pretty much decided. Bigot? Racist? Sexist? Crotchety old fuck? States that are so red that there’s no chance of a democrat winning in them? If you even had an idea of this country’s demographics you would be aware that there’s plenty of these people that would have voted Trump (or at the very least, against any progressive left candidate) already. The left-leaning and moderate rights in battleground states were what was up in the air. Those votes (and non-votes) took away from Hillary. By actively voting against Hillary you literally cannot say shit about respecting other people’s beliefs, you have absolutely no right to at all. Because of your actions, the lives of millions of people that don’t fit the “straight white christian male” meta are now in jeopardy.

I voted for Jill Stein and there is nothing wrong with that. If anything, America let me down for not giving third parties more votes. I was hoping for 5%
Congrats on being part of the problem. 5% STILL would have done nothing, because you clearly don’t understand that the electoral college is an all or nothing win. Individual and majority vote mean little to nothing. You clearly don’t understand that in this current system there’s absolutely no way for a 3rd party to win unless there’s some kind of MASSIVE upset (which as far as I’m aware hasn’t ever happened). For that matter, 3rd party could have been 20% and the outcome would have been the same.

I voted for Gary Johnson because the Libertarians best represent the road I’d like to see this country take, and I don’t really see the harm in that. In fact, that’s how it should be, we’re supposed to vote for what we believe is best for the country. And, yes, we’re all shocked that Donald Trump won, but telling people to kill themselves because they have different opinions/beliefs than you is only making you look like a bigot, and doesn’t make you any better than the extremist Trump supporters
How things should be and how things are, are two completely different things. As much as I myself would like to have seen a 3rd party upset, it’s all pointless idealism in this election system. How things are: The electoral college basically makes it impossible for a 3rd party to win. How things are: Every battleground state Hillary lost would have been a win if the 3rd party voters pulled together and voted for her. How things are: Progressive social change is slow - expecting that to happen in a year with such a fragile balance of votes is nothing short of a pipe dream. How things are: There is no such thing as a perfect candidate - Literally look at all of our past presidents and their shortcomings and scandals. If you were deterred by Hillary’s email scandal and such - congratulations, you played right into the hand of Trump’s propaganda. How things are: a racist, bigoted fuck will soon control the country because enough people with liberal or progressive views were too divisive on their vote, were “trying to make a statement”. How things are: Any third party vote in this year’s election was not just a vote against Hillary, but because the balance was so fragile, it was also an indirect vote for trump. HOW THINGS ARE: You may have had good intentions for voting 3rd party, but failing to accept that your choice was a mistake, and ultimately won trump the election makes you no better than his supporters. Call me whatever you want, a bigot, a trump supporter, I don’t give a fuck, because unlike you and the rest of the people that went 3rd party, I actually care about the safety and rights of my friends. Also, you should probably check your reading comprehension, because I only directly said that Trump supporters should die - All of you 3rd party voters get the much more generous “fuck off and never talk to me again” version. You may have had good intentions, you may even share my social views, but the bottom line is that by stubbornly refusing educate yourselves and vote Hillary, you were part of the problem and indirectly won Trump the presidency.
Since clearly, none of you get it, here’s the TL;DR of the electoral college and why a vote for a 3rd party is the same as throwing your vote away:
Basically, your popular vote doesn’t mean shit - you’re voting for a representative to cast electoral votes, which actually determine the presidency. The bigger your state’s population, the more electoral votes it has and therefore the more power it has. All but two (iirc) states have agreed on a majority takes all approach where, basically the majority win takes all. Additionally, there are QUITE a number of states that CONSISTENTLY vote democrat or republican (red or blue states respectively) where there is little to no chance of an upset. As such, there is almost a 0% chance that anything you do voting for a 3rd party will yield any electoral votes. All it will do is take some popular vote away from the main party candidates and make it easier for one of them to swoop in and take all of the electoral votes for a battleground state in a close race like this one as you have seen here. So yeah: If you claim to have any progressive views at all and you voted 3rd party or elected not to vote, you are part of the problem.
This was not the year to vote 3rd party out of spite or to “express my views uwu” - If you had any clue at all, you would have known how close this was going to be. All of you literally just played into Trump’s hand, and all of his bullshit lies, propaganda, and over-exaggeration about “Crooked Hillary” to divert from how shitty his own background was, and make 3rd party candidates look like knights in shining armor. Your 3rd party votes have forsaken 4 years of a well qualified, moderate democrat with fairly progressive views for a buffoon of an unqualified, radical republican who doesn’t respect the rights of Women, LGBT, or PoC. Beyond that just look at the stock exchange: Our dollar is crashing HARD because everyone is afraid of what is going to happen next - beyond civil rights, voting against Hillary is clearly going to have some dire effects on the national and global economy.
Take all that in? Yes? No? Either way if you’re still mad, I encourage you to block me so I don’t ever have to see you again.
