The DNC actively conspiring against bernie pissed of a majority of his fans and either they voted 3rd party or they didn’t vote at all. Not to mention that a lot of trump supporters are sexist and only voted trump because they don’t think a woman is fit to be president. They would have been a lot more inclined to listen to bernie simply because he has a penis.
