If we multiply this by the number of hours in three days, we’ll get the distance that the fastest human would have to travel at top speed to span three days, which is 363.6 miles. This is, of course, assuming that the swimmer never stops or slows down, which would be physically impossible, but let’s go with it.

I mean to be fair, those swimmers they passed going back and forth aren’t swimming much slower than the trainer. It’s much safer to assume this route description is VASTLY exaggerated.
