Okay, wow

First off… this is not cute, this isn’t fun and silly. This is creepy and VERY rude.

In this case it was kept a joke which version of Puffy was what gender, as they both would be cis but playing on their androgynous appearance I share with my mod Pone.

But anything as much as MENTIONING anything directly to my nether parts, as Puffy is a direct representation of myself, is UNCOMFORTABLE and very rude. My OC’s are free game of course, but I’ve made it clear before there are some defined limits for my persona and myself.

The biggest problem here is, this is the same thing nonbinary, genderfluid as well as transgender people meet every day because people get obsessed with putting us all in specific little boxes. Not all people are ruled by their genitals, people! Not all identify with what’s in their pants, not all need you to WIPE OUT PHYSICAL ‘EVIDENCE’ in such a manner.

“Done without being perverse” while describing to do such a thing is NOT a silly joke. And not helped if you actually believed that. You wouldn’t walk up to someone on the street and tear down their pants/skirt to ‘prove’ what gender was underneath.  But, oh, wait. That’s a sort of outing transpeople have faced before! Having their appearance peeled off to be mocked for ‘getting it wrong’, because people need them to identify with genitalia which is usually not supposed to be on freaking display anyway.

And yes, if your recognize your ask I DID edit it into anon for your own sake since I had to turn this into a rant. I’m not calling people out, I’m just pointing out something you don’t seem to realize can be a problematic behaviour.

I had same issue on dA where a supposed friend decided a test to pick a gender for each Puffy version was setting up pervy images of men and women to get a ‘reaction’. Going by the hetero standard of attraction, ignoring other orientations such as the fact I’m ace. Which is something I’m very open about, it’s not a secret.

So, people… think before you write. Because some things can have very negative associations with them. Not all people fit in the strict, standard boxes and not all kinds of behaviour is cool with everyone.

Thank you for your time
