He yells at evryone and spouts his political opinions without warrent and there are several jokes about him not knowing about how tech works such as him trying to plug in a computer from the 90s and still failing or complaining about having to buy cell phones every week because the old ones keep dying only for the person trying to ignore him points out that he needs to charge them when they die.
