“So if they’ve already put out the sales adds…how come you don’t know if this item that wasn’t on the sale add will be on sale tomorrow?”
“I need to talk with a manager. I had an accident with your carts. They were stuck together and when I pulled to get one it pinched my hand and hurt really bad. At my age every accident is a big deal. I mean, my neck hurts now.”
“You should put a bench out here for us to sit on while we wait in your Customer Service line.”
“Those DVD’s aren’t the same price as another of your stores so they’re wrong. The store in another state has them for cheaper so you guys must have the wrong price.”
