Skitty will save the Earth

@people who are denying this, I have three+ pieces of evidence that show that the player character is in fact using a kitty against deoxys

1) The player’s pokemon’s health is always shown on the bottom left side of the screen, while the opponent’s is on the top right side of the screen.

As you can see, regardless of camera angle, the health bars are always kept in the same place, even when one pokemon is completely dominating the frame.

2) The camera angle on skitty’s face is a camera only used on the player’s Pokemon. If the skitty was an opponent, the Pokemon would be coming in from the right side of the screen

This isn’t a perfect example, but basically, the camera always wants you to know which pokemon is your’s and which is an opponent, so your pokemon always are coming from the left side of the screen/are facing right and opponents are coming from the right side/facing left.

This deoxys is an enemy, and the skitty above is your trainer’s pokemon. Make sense? Because I’m writing this at two am

3) The background shown in this picture behind skitty is a special background only shown during the battle with deoxys during the delta episode. It is a bit hard to see the background clearly due to it being zoomed in, but we can infer from the level of the deoxys that this is occuring during the delta episode. Additionally, this video shows this same camera angle in the deoxys fight at the end of the delta episode, and it looks very similar.

This picture, the original picture, and the picture in #2 all have a couple of things in common. First, in all of them, the deoxys is exactly level 80, and is in this blue/grey environment. The area circled in the above picture is what I believe to be the grey cloudy shape behind skitty in the original environment.

4) Where in the fuck would you find a skitty in the wild that is strong enough to get a level 80 deoxys down to that much hp. What the fuck.

TLDR; This trainer switched out their mega rayquaza for a skitty in the delta episode fight against deoxys and soundly beat it’s ass.
