Tbh I don’t really understand why Nintendo is so adamant about not localising Mother 3? Like, what do they have to lose? Porting/translating a game seems like the cheapest, least risky way of making a quick buck.
Teasing us will make its official announcement way more hype

clefabledude said: I’ve heard from people at Capcom who often get requests for localizing things that it isn’t as cheap as it seems. Even if the translation work is done there are all sorts of weird legal costs.
