The worst part about growing up was having to pledge my allegiance to the flag of The Netherlands every morning OH WAIT WE DON’T DO THAT BECAUSE THAT’S INSANE
yeah it’s fucking creepy and even worse in texas because we had to pledge our allegiance to texas as well. All it is is indoctrination and brainwashing kids to believe that there is nothing wrong with america. To put it in perspective, it’s essentially “there is no war in ba sing se” on a grand scale
