Can’t I enjoy Discord and Celestia as a ship without a bunch of self-righteous twit going “Ahem, but Fluttercord is canon, sweetie. Discord loves Fluttershy.”
I don’t give two flips. Stop telling me this! Stop commenting this whenever I doodle my favorite ship? Stop plastering this on every bit of ship art I see regarding Celestia and Discord!

anyone who sticks explicitly to what’s canon isn’t a good fan. Fandoms wouldn’t be able to produce content if there weren’t such concepts as AUs or headcanons.
