this fucks me up bc I recognized the UI in the bottom screencap from blood money, which came out way earlier (i mean, it’s also pretty clear from the graphical quality)

so at first I thought it was a photoshop someone made, but then I wanted to look into how the devs ran with this joke, right? turns out that’s actually the first instance of this gag (unintentional, but giving rise to later, deliberate instances like the sheet music)

which means that the 2015 one, at the top of this post, was actually on purpose, and the lobster crate at the bottom was the one that got left in by accident

anyway probably nobody cares but i thought that was interesting

I always it find it interesting when devs take well know mistakes/glitches people fell in love with and run with them.
