I’m relistening to Crystal Kingdom and I know we joke around about Magnus and the rock, but why do we never put it in the proper context of

• Magnus has an incredibly tense discussion with a woman who has come back from the dead
• the woman does not trust him at all because he’s a stranger who attacked her son
• Magnus swears with heroic fervor that he will fix what has happened here, if only she gives him the all-powerful artifact
• the woman grants him the all-powerful artifact
• Magnus immediately proceeds to eat the all-powerful artifact
