“This TV isn’t 4K it doesn’t say it on the box I ordered a 4K!”
“Yes ma'am sometimes they don’t put them on the box but you picked up the TV and that was the one you ordered. If it wasn’t it wouldn’t have let me pick it up.”
“I understand but what if it’s not 4K.”
“I’m looking at your order and the specs of the TV on it right now and it’s a 4K. It’s the one you ordered.”
“But what if when he ordered it he put it in wrong and it’s not a 4K?!”
“Ma'am did you order [this] TV?”
“Yes.”
“And on the pickup sticker on the box does it list that same TV?”
“Yes.”
“Then the TV that you got is the same TV you ordered.”
“Okay I understand what you’re saying but what if they ordered me the wrong TV?! It’s crazy that they won’t list on the box that it’s a 4K how do we know if it IS one?!”
Well good golly gee I just have no idea…
