Armed with her new grant, Dr. Bridge will lead a team of 11 students in researching lubricants exchanged during sexual assaults, toxicology, drugs, and gunshot debris.

Her technology can change the world for all the victims of rapists and make them pay for what they did. She made it possible for them to have hope for justice and made it harder for rapists to commit a crime without being punished for it. That’s huge, so many lives will be saved. She’s an incredible scientist and and epitome of black excellence.
