Party #1 - Any Gender: I will consent to sex with you, if you wear a condom (with a condom, if you use protection, or similar language).
Party #2 - Any Gender: Ok. I will have sex with you while using a condom.
Either Party: Removes condom without knowledge or consent of the other party. (Yes, condoms can be taken off of people with penises w/out their knowledge. Drugs and alcohol use can play a part in this. Don’t act like it is impossible).
You: There is a question about whether or not consent is required again???
Removing the condom changes the conditions or provisions whereby consent was given.
Therefore, it becomes RAPE if the knowing party continues to have sex without the condom.
