Silver Tongue

Its like, someone picking up a heavy rock saying; “help me carry this,” and you reply; “no I can’t help you carry that. Please don’t pick it up, you’re only going to hurt youself.”

The person then picks it up despite the warning, and complains how heavy it is, tries to force you into holding onto it with them and when you don’t they complain you’re not helping them. And that’s your fault they are in pain from this rock.

Which is total BS.

Leading someone on would be If the other person said, “pick up that rock for me.” “I’ll help you carry it,” and then not carrying it or saying they are carrying it with them, despite not doing that.
