are you expecting rocket to not have a gun?

Well my memory of the Venom suit is that it just augments the physical nature of things to allow it to survive all sorts of things. Like the ability to breath a toxic atmosphere or something. 
Guns are technological, and defiantly not something the venom suit should be able to replicate. Since that’s a whole can of worms.
