when you show something dark without changing it for years but you still allowed shitty remakes on your channel.
What’s really fucked is that, as a kid, I knew Tom got beheaded. There was no doubt in my mind that he died for letting the mice get away. And I was not fazed by this fact at all. I knew he’d be alive in the next episode.
But that did not change the fact that I hated Jerry ever since for getting Tom killed, and then smiling and walking away without remorse. Little rat bastard.
sure, thats one way of looking at it. But its totally wrong. listen, they both need each other. its called “inter-dependency.” and they both know it. He does terribly things to tom. Nasty, even sadistic things. But thats fine, as long as thats what tom wants. Think about it. His actions. he’s always asking for it. its his partners job, to fulfill that need. And Jerry knows that.
