Hey, as an older trans dude that has been dealing with dysphoria for a while, this is actually dysphoria. Dysphoria does not mean that you have to hate your parts. At the very least, dysphoria is what anon described. You don’t have to hate yourself and your sex characteristics to be dysphoric. You just have to be uncomfortable with having them and maybe feel like they shouldn’t be there/be something else. Dysphoria is actually a very complex thing and can manifest in a lot of hidden and vague ways.
