it basically is half the game as its gonna show whats goin on with dammek and jude during while joeys on alternia
its not a sequel to the game and even on the steam page it is said that once hauntswitch is out the games could be played in either order so yeah hauntswitch is half the game
It’s like Fire Emblem: Fates.
You don’t need to play Conquest to understand Birthright, and vice versa, but at the end of the day, the two of them are halves of a whole, and the story is best experienced when you play both of them.
fates is different because its one choice over the other when picking your side but with hiveswap and hauntswitch its “hey wonder what the other half of the cast is doing while youve been playing this other game for 5 years lol”
i dont mind them doing this at all i just think that the people who spent a lot of money on the kickstarter should be able to get hauntswitch for free as well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
its kinda like spending $80 on the special edition of fates then only getting to do one path out of the three
so its like the zelda oracle games? each is their own story but together gives you the full picture and adventure?
