but are split jest broilers really worth it? yeah, they put on weight quickly and reach market weight a long time before the other breeds listed, but theyre so unhealthy!!! if you let them live past the butcher date they start to develop bone and heart issues because theyve literally been bred to keep growing

i dont know about you guys but im willing to sacrifice a bit more feed and space so i have clowns who can actually clown. i want to see them honking, roosting in their clown car, and making balloon animals, not just laying around and getting fat
