oh man it way too early and im really tired but its basically when someone likes the opposite gender because they grew up with that being the “normal” thing to do or forces them to like the opposite gender so they would be normal

joey grew up in a society where heterosexuality was everywhere and anything different was taboo. she probably didn’t even realize liking a girl was an option until she met xefros who was a boy that liked a boy.
