This page with its ominous message comes from Dammek’s hive, on the wall in the second room that Joey gets to (the one with the huge monitor in it). A few interesting notes:

• Whoops, they inverted a couple letters there. Hopefully typos aren’t a culling-worthy offense. :)
• I’m guessing from context that the repeated symbol at the end is an exclamation point. It doesn’t match any letters.
  
• This same page can be found in the target range in Dammek’s hive, in the upper right corner. Unfortunately there’s a hanger obscuring the lower left corner, so it doesn’t help us fill in the incomplete words.

Dammek’s handwriting has some interesting quirks to it. For example, he hooks the end of a lot of strokes (the left vertical stroke on his R’s, and the tails of his N’s). He also slants the vertical strokes on his O’s so much that they cross. A comparison with other fonts makes this very clear:
