six flags: do you wanna just barely cheat death?? here's a 100000 ft roller coaster that goes faster than light

I missed so many years of fun put of fear. So sad to think about now. But I will be never ride a swinging ship for the rest of my life.
  2. alienspoonss said: I would get to the front of the line and walk across the rollercoaster to the exit side and wait for my family there. And even walking across a stationary coaster would SET ME OFF. Anyway, my poor family delt with someone having to babysit me outside of every rollercoaster for years, until we moved all away. It wasn’t till we went for a visit years later.. I was 16 at that time.. I finally decided that I would get on a a rollercoaster at six flags.
  3. alienspoonss said: I refused to ride anything else. My parents ended up getting season passes, and we would go.. I’m not kidding.. Every weekend growing up. We were homeschooled so.. But I for the 4 and a half years we lived there, we went constantly. My dad would sit outside of the rollercoasters everyone always road and beg me to just try it. I would get in line with them, since they didn’t want me waiting the whole time out front of the ride alone to wait for them.
  4. alienspoonss said: We came upon the swinging ship ride.. I begged to go on. My parents went on with me.. I don’t know if my sister or brother went though. But it was a defining moment for me. The first time it got up to the first big swing… I found out a important fact about myself. I HATE that weightless dropping feeling. I screamed and begged them to stop the ride. And it did come to a almost a stop, before starting again ( don’t know if that was part of it. But it made me panic more.)
  5. alienspoonss said: When my family first moved to California, my parents promised to take us there. I was like I don’t know 7 or 8. I kept seeing commercials and pointing at every rollercoaster and saying “I’m gonna ride that.” Even though I’d NEVER even been on so much as a ferris wheel in my life. Anyway, we finally get to go to the park one weekend, and the lines for all the rollercoasters are pretty long. So we decide to look around for a ride with a shorter wait time.
