actually! i disagree! because that’s just outward appearances—while derse dreamers seem imposing & riddled with unknowable agony (strilondes) they’re far more open once you get to know them. prospit dreamers, on the other hand, seem well adjusted and happy but once you get down to it, they have seen some *heavy* shit and don’t fully open up about said traumas, if ever (jade, john, kanaya, vriska, terezi).
don’t judge a book (or a mythic moon dream world) by its glittery exterior!
prospit: seemingly nice vacation place but plagued with political conflict as the citizens desperately find anything to distract from the impending doom they see in the clouds.
Derse: seedy underbelly full of corruption but values favours more than status. if you can get an agent to owe you something you are pretty much set.
