Context: We were solving a case of missing kids and came a cross some black magic. We chased down a centipede that we though would run to hags to give them information. So happens that the groups assassin kills the centipede by cutting it in half with her dagger. Soon it transforms to a dead body of a 2-year old kid that had been missing. 

Barbarian: “What do we tell the parents?”

Assassin: “I don’t know. It’s not my fault.”

Cleric: “Oh my god, we killed a child! We must tell the parents.”

Barbarian: “We can’t! We were supposed to help!”

Druid: “We can just bury the child and say we didn’t find him.“ 

Group end up staring the dead kid for a while until the barbarian realizes something.

Barbarian: "Couldn’t you bring people back from the dead?”

Cleric: “Oh! Oh! I can bring him back! I can revivify him!”

So we saved the child and never mentioned this incident to his parents. We just “found” the kid.
