Its a shame that okami hd can’t run at 60 fps on PC but I appreciate the fact that Capcom is being 100% transparent about it

Like, I’ll take a spokesperson telling me straight up that they just couldn’t do it because Okami is a PS2 game and unlocking the frame rate would break the physics over some lame non-excuse about it being cinematic.
