POWER MOVE

i used “i am not emotionally invested in the situation” when a drunk guy came yelling about a bad pizza when i was on a delivary. he was complaining that it was too burnt and he wanted a refund. He was NOT my customer and i had only been on the clock for half an hour. I told him “sir, i have only been at work for half an hour, I have no knowledge of the order you are refering to, nor am I emotionally invested. If you have any complaints about a pizza, feel free to call the store and ask for the manager”
