Ned not remembering the name of his own establishment is exactly what I would expect. I bet he says it wrong all the time and Kirby just shouts a correction from the other room. 

“Are you sure?” Ned always asks.

Kirby just points to the gift shop in the corner. “I sure as fuck hope so, that’s what we have printed on all the merch.”
