There’s a cute little sidequest in Fallout New Vegas in which you arrange a meeting between two starcrossed lovers - Jack, a young member of the isolationist, airbase squatting boomers, and Jane, a caravan trader. One of the fun things about Fallout 3 and New Vegas is that when an NPC moves, they rarely cheat; Jane straight up runs from her trading company to the air force base, and you can follower her (with some difficulty, as running NPCs seem to move at 150% maximum PC speed). I did so, and for some reason, Jane flipped the fuck out upon seeing a Brahmin at a local farm (mind you, her job is working in a brahmin pen) whipped out a shotgun, and blew it across the screen.

I cackled for the rest of the sprint to Nellis
