i hate this trend of “Sassy Twitter Brands.” the idea of a brand being rude to potential customers and people praising it for doing that seems really dire to me. coca cola should not call someone an idiot and get praised for it. coca cola should be groveling at my feet and begging me to buy their product, profusely apologizing for getting within my eyesight without my express permission. coca cola should thank me for my valuable feedback when i block them. brands should not be clapping back at people. 

okay but as someone who works retail, i would love the opportunity to sass customers
