either:
1. Blendin massively screwed up his coordinates and didn’t realize it
or
2. Stan briefly attempted to run a costume shop out of the Shack for some reason
honestly I find both options equally believable.
(It’s pretty plausible that Stan tried to run some cut-rate pop-up costume shop on the Mystery Shack grounds in the past. After all, Time Traveler’s Pig takes place not that long before Summerween. So there’s a reason for him to be selling costumes right around this date. The challenge is trying to imagine how hilariously terrible a costume shop it was, given Stan’s penchant for trying to swindle people. Especially when THAT costume actually looks REALLY good.)
but also think about what that means. It means that stan swindled blinden just moments before the screenshot
