You like Castlevania?
The early games were a bit too restrictive for my tastes, but when Symphony of the Night came out, the series really came into its own artistically and mechanically. The whole game has an appealing gothic design and a new tightness to the controls that really gives the gameplay a big boost. It’s been compared to Super Metroid, but I think SOTN has a much more dark and fantastical presentation.
