Someone I love and care a lot about held a grudge against me for an entire year before they told me.

It hit me harder than I can possibly describe. Please, just be upfront and honest with me.

This is true about anyone honestly if people don’t honestly tell what’s wrong sometimes people like me or others might never know

this shit has hurt me so much so many times that it’s left me barely able to make friends any more because I’m scared of people not telling me shit

this is important because it can be seriously damaging in the long term, it really causes serious trust issues with people

ive lost friends because i didnt know anythign was wrong until it was too late and even then i dont know what it was that was wrong. Ive had nightmares about it happening again. Please tell me if i do something wrong so that i can avoid it in the future
