cant believe people still like twilight princess. i thought we all agreed years ago that it’s way too edgy and linear and has no replay value
it tries way to hard to be dark but like, everything that happens is cheery. Its like the opposite of wind waker where dark shit is hiding behind bright aesthetic. Like, zelda ends up alive in the end, ganondorf is killed with a stab through the chest and hyrule is perserved and midnas curse is broke. compare it to wind waker where at the end, the king of hyrule wants to be forgotten, hyrule is finally left to be lost to time and sea, ganondorf gets a sword through the head to the hilt and his hes finally at peace as the curse of demise is broken. the sages no longer have purpose and link leaves his home to settle new land. twilight princess had such a flimsy story that doesnt hold up and hides behind the gritty aesthetic.
