I assume Scraps doesn’t take his collar off because he lost the key years ago.
AnonymousThe collar has no real history. I use it more as a visual cut off point for his neck. Honestly, of I was to give it a history, he probably got it from Celestia or something after pulling a prank.
Any ideas?
it could convert his abilities from a passive one to an active one. like without it everything would change around him without him having to do anyhting but with it on he has to actually exert at least a small amount of effort to use his powers.
