Okay so I can MAYBE KINDA buy that his phone bill is $40 if he doesn’t have a fancy plan or has a pre-paid phone. And I can buy maybe that his rent is $825 if he lives alone and isn’t in a good neighborhood or is in a college town or the boonies in an industrial area.
