This is the funniest thing I have ever seen. If I were a professor I would pin this to my office door.

its also a valid objection because in human law that would be considered character evidence which is easily dismissable in as its usually irrelevant and only serves to damage the character of the defendant or witness. And in whale court it may or may not be considered a racially charged question which could get the whale asking dis barred.
