Also, RICH people need to stop moving here for the aesthetic, that’s what’s hiking the prices so bad

there’s way too many rich Californian Vegans coming over here making everything cost way more than it should because businesses are catering to their obsessions with trendy things.

If it were more artists and nerds moving here instead of rich white people who think they’re better than everyone else because they eat organic food and quinoa it wouldn’t be so bad

Wouldnt rich people help the economy? They are probably ritch from owning businesses and they could come in and bring jobs

oh you mean the people who hoard more money than they ever put it in to the economy and hike up the prices of things out of sheer greed and demand when those things don’t have that value, fucking over the rest of the classes because it now caters to the rich people and what they can afford while pushing out all the poor people whom they are underpaying? The same people who think the people working 3 jobs and still not being able to afford the lowest cost 1 bedroom apartment in the area is just them not working hard enough? The same people who think that time and dedication is more important than effort and quality? The same people who are so rich they just buy extra property for the hell of it because it’s nice property they can show off even though they really don’t need another house? The people who are opening up overpriced organic vegan stores and replacing a lot of the local businesses and farmers? the ones who caused the cost of housing to double so that a 1 bedroom that was once 800 a month is now 1500 because they could afford expensive houses?
