also controversial opinion here but like… if u got a problem w someone and they respectfully approach u about it and u dismiss them without even telling them what they did wrong to supposedly upset you, it’s immature and contributes to a toxic environment that represses growth
worse yet if you are the type who purposely puts up a front, acting like you are totally okay with a person you despise to their face and act like their friend while shit talking them behind their back? that’s also fucking childish and toxic! if you think that’s okay to do, please stay far the fuck away from me!
