I figured out how to explain it. its exhausting doing only a single thing as opposed to doing several things at once. its exhausting and i cant help but feel like my time could be better spent doing several things which prevents me from doing just one thing at a time. its why when i watch movies i usually have them on my second monitor while i work on my main monitor. I wouldnt be able to enjoy it otherwise.
